Cancellation within two business days of your cleaning date result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Residences deemed “Exceptionally Dirty” may take your cleaner 2 times longer than average and at a higher rate.

Self-cleaning ovens must be run one to two days in advance of being cleaned.

We do not offer the following services: strip floors; shampoo carpets; exterior window washing; wet-wash mini-blinds; and handle feces.

We have a two-business day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your cleaning, please let us know quickly and we will do our very best to correct the situation.
